Foxhall Drive in Bessemer

Just need a mildew/mold removal of my parents empty house to sell it. I have buyers, but they want the mold professionally cleaned before they complete the sale. No black mold, just white mold due to the house being vacant and no central air being on. I would like it cleaned this week if possible. Thank you.

While I really loved working with Tim and Jay, I really think you should reconsider the tile company you subcontracted to. They are not detail oriented, and even after they came back to fix their mistakes, there are still problems, like how they did not line up the drain with the tile, they cracked existing tile and instead of replacing it, used caulk to fix it. Also, some places where they just caulked are already looking like it needs to be re-caulked after only 2 weeks! I think your staff is awesome and goes above and beyond, but the tile guys were pretty bad.

Every person from Disaster Restoration was expert, responsive, great at their job. They arrived in less than an hour after the disaster happened. They have exactly the right equipment. Everyone was extremely responsive. They fixed all the flood damage to my complete satisfaction, doing a really thorough job. The reconstruction of the attic insulation, light housing, ceiling, trim, walls- every aspect of the jon was perfect. Jay is easy to communiciate with, and managed the whole job in a way that was prompt, thorough, and pleasant. I've never had any house job done with as much attention to detail and "can do" approach as Disaster Restoration. I would use them againin a heartbeat if I ever needed them . They exceeded every expectation. Bravo!
